The BIOS Professional DT160 is a dial thermometer meant for monitoring the temperature of your oven. It has a large, easy-to-read dial and temperature readings in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. Ovens typically have hotspots, and sometimes, the temperature can be off by several degrees. In order to ensure their food is cooking at a desirable temperature, chefs often use oven thermometers and compare/contrast the thermometer's results with the oven's temperature reading. For this purpose, oven thermometers should have large dials that are easy to read from the outside.
